Our Story

Precision Health Solutions is a behavioral health rehabilitation agency that provides intervention services for adults and adolescents with mental health challenges. Founders and owners, Moyo Fakeye and Dami Erinle, having nine years experience in Behavioral Health and Community Organizing, as well as having first hand experiences in other capacities, seeing the need in the community sparked our passion to provide Psychiatric Rehabilitation Programs (PRP) to enable and empower people, who struggle mental health challenges, improve their quality of life in significant life-enhancing ways.

Our Vision

We envision a world where personalized and precise health solutions are the new standard of care, along with, the integration of nutritional medicine and healthy lifestyles are universally embraced. In the Behavioral Health sector, we at PHS strive to make sure, those who face mental health challenges, and are most in need of this new standard we seek to embody and exemplify, are presented with the best opportunities to overcome them. Our consistent goal is to anticipate and respond to the lifelong needs of our patients through our skilled and caring staff, and quality programming, available to youth and adults to produce life-changing impact, that can enable them to live with greater independence, and prepare them to be more productive in the near future.

Our current areas of focus, are individuals and families located in the Prince George's, Fredrick, Baltimore, Howard & Montgomery County communities by providing accessible and quality health care services that emphasize trust, respect, confidentiality, and compassion. Through our PRP, we are committed to improving the quality of life of all our clients. We believe in, design, and offer quality healthcare that is provided in a collaborative effort with our clients, who are at the heart of our work at Precision Health Solutions.
