Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program
Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program, which is commonly called PRP, provides individualized care to people with Mental Disorders. Adult participants to PRP also include individuals that have “the other dual diagnosis” of Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and Mental Disorders.
The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program at Precision Health Solutions (PHS) offers structured activities both–on-site and off-site—in the community. With these programs, our coordinators can assist people in achieving their recovery goals.
Adult Rehabilitation
PHS Coordinators work one-on-one to develop and monitor plans based on individual interests, goals, strengths and needs. Through the program, we offer activities and group sessions on:
Understanding mental health and self-advocacy
Recognizing and managing signs of stress
Navigating public assistance programs
Addressing health conditions and promoting wellness
Improving communication and social skills
Managing personal finances
Preparing for the world of work

Children and Teens
The mental health of our young people is a critical issue, and PHS’ Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program assists them reach their maximum potential. Our PHS staff is available to educate, advocate, and offer support in helping children and teens become independent, productive members of the community. We also help kids put their new skills into practice in the community, with the help of local business leaders.

Referrals and Eligibility
The referral form must be completed by a licensed mental health clinician. Individuals with Medical Assistance (Medicaid) and Primary Adult Care (PAC) are eligible for PRP services.
